Raise an exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product through. Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 8-10 working days. You can raise your exchange request through emailing us at madeofhands01@gmail.com. You will receive an approval mail from us within 24 hours if the request is accepted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at madeofhands01@gmail.com and send your item to: 316, Ramchandra Market, Rajpur Khurd Extension, Chattarpur, New Delhi, DL, 110068, India.

Please make sure that the original packing is intact when the product is picked up.

You would be notified by us , once we receive your shipment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 48 hours of receiving the shipment. In case of exceptional cases please write to us at madeofhands01@gmail.com.

Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customised for you.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Our products are handmade and may have certain irregularities in the pattern which only adds to its beauty. Nevertheless in the rarest case if you wish to return our product below is the process.

If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at madeofhands01@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.

Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

Raise your return request within 48 hours of receiving the shipment and mail us at madeofhands01@gmail.com. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at madeofhands01@gmail.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of the product.

Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within 48 hours of receiving the product would not be accepted.

If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer.

Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team.

The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Alterations would be done only once for the customised orders, if needed. If you need any further alterations, the alteration and courier charges would have to be borne by the customer.

The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges. Shipping charges of 150/- will be applicable incase of return or exchange.

If you do opt for a credit note, you cannot encash it later.

Sale items (if applicable) Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
